Alternative Provision
My alternative provision offers a calm, creative and nurturing environment where learning is brought to life through hands-on, meaningful experiences. Using art, nature, practical projects and creative exploration, children build confidence, independence and curiosity while developing academically, socially and emotionally through experiences both within and beyond the traditional classroom setting.
VENUE
The Learning Environment
Our provision is based within a peaceful and welcoming church setting, offering a calm space away from the pressures of traditional classrooms. The environment is quiet, nurturing and sensory-considerate, helping children feel safe, settled and able to learn.
Surrounded by creativity, nature and space for reflection, the setting supports emotional wellbeing as much as academic learning. Children are encouraged to slow down, reconnect with themselves and engage in meaningful learning experiences in an environment that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
The space allows for a balance of creative indoor learning, practical activities and opportunities to learn through real experiences beyond a conventional classroom environment.
